Yordanys talked sense into our unnecessarily complex plan to conceal some old cable wiring running our apartment, helping us better understand our own electrical needs. Communication around timeline, process, and price was prompt and clear. The work was completed quickly and on time by Yordanys's team, who checked in before, during, and after the process to make sure everything was according to our specs. They cleaned up about 95% of the debris caused by the job. After the job was completed I flagged a concern on the final invoice with Yordanys who reviewed it with me and credited the difference between what had been quoted in the initial estimate and what seemed to be a mistakenly higher number on the final invoice, which I really appreciated. On April 14, 2022 a LIGHTNING STRIKE hit my Mother's Chimney and literally exploded it! The EMP'S shot through the electrical System. Jordan, the owner of YT Electrical came on time and performed a thorough inspection. He sat and gave us a Detailed/Clear discussion of the scope of the Job. Allstate approved it. The job also required installation of 2 ground wire poles and reconnection of CON ED connecting line to our Home. (Jordan scheduled and will be present for the FINAL Inspection of ConEd.) Five Stars! Would like to give a special thanks to owner YT and electrician Ramon for the outstanding service they provided to us during the New Year holiday weekend. Thank you so much. Outstanding work. Fantastic people. Great act of kindness. Over the New Year weekend late at night, we got hit with a double issue. One was an outdated faulty circuit panel and breakers which tripped and the other was the central heater circuit board getting fried causing an electrical fire sending smoke and burning metal smell throughout the house via the air ducts. We called 911 and the firemen shut the main advising to call a licensed electrician to investigate the issue and perform the necessary repair work. Here we are on New Year’s weekend, with no power with our insulin in the fridge desperately trying to keep it cool so it does not go bad. If it did, we would have had a larger issue to deal with.
