Spoke with this supposed professional and sent a detailed description of electrical assistance that I needed. He was supposed to draw up a proposal specifying each job (categorized) with cost breakdown. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MINDS WOULD ACCEPT AN AMOUNT THAT YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IT'S FOR? He is licensed, but he's not honest and forthcoming. And I don't pay people for services not rendered DUH. Instead he wanted to go on vacation with my deposit. Waste of my time and resources when I could have found honest contractors, I wasted 2 1/2 days or more with him.
