Handyman, Carpentry and Repair by Marty (AA Estate Maintenance LLC)

I see here that Marty only has 5-star reviews (at the time of this writing). There's good reason for that. He's done 2 jobs for us, one big / one small, and both turned out fantastic. I heard a saying once (which sounds like a Yogi Berra-ism, but Yogi never said it): "90 percent of any job is doing the last 5 percent". I think that is what encapsulates Marty and sets him apart from other contractors: not only doing a great overall job, but closing it out with attention to detail.

Did good job with my deck repair but a terrible job with my toilet repair. Does not return text and emails. Paid cash and requested receipt. Still no receipt. Don’t recommend.

We have worked with Marty twice so far, and plan to hire him for future projects as well. He has replaced rotted exterior trim around our house and most recently re-screened our porch. Marty is very responsive and thorough, and a genuinely nice person–a complete find!
