Ricky was extremely professional and offered many good suggestions that I as a layperson would never have thought of. He was prompt and extremely neat, cleaning up thoroughly after himself. I did not feel that any of my questions were stupid as he took the time to explain everything. His prices were excellent. He will be coming back to do more work in the near future. This has been a very stressful experience with this company. Does not respond to texts and calls. Promised to show up but does not. Has given them multiple chances to fix their mistakes but continued to dismiss their responsibilities. Now, all contact numbers don’t work for us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is not worth your money even if it is free. I used him based on a friend’s recommendation and what a waste of my time and money. It is emotionally draining. I am actually in contact with a lawyer to sue them. All I want is a reputable company who does the job esp if it’s fully paid. Ricky was very thoughtful and answered all of our questions! Fair pricing for labor and parts. I plan to call him again for our future electrical needs! My husband and I worked with Ricky to set up our home with a generator. With supplies being low, and after Ricky’s assessment of how much power we need, we opted to purchase the generator through Amazon and have Ricky’s team install the necessary plugs and an easy to use electrical switch. Done within a day.
