Terrible company! I had oil delivered and they had the nerve to charge me almost 1.5 times the current cost of oil. From other reviews it seems to be a common practice by them. The average around my area is currently $3.95 but no more than $4.29, price per gallon charged was $5.74. On almost 200 gallons, that's quite a difference. I tried to call them and explain how ridiculous this is and all I was told is that because they're a full service company that is essentially a premium they charge on their deliveries. I also pay a separate fee for a service plan which I thought is what covered most of these extra services but no, they essentially add a ridiculous premium to their oil prices as well. I wanted to cancel immediately but they con me into staying by saying that if I don't continue to get deliveries from them I forfit my service agreement that I paid separately for. They can screw me now but as soon as the heating season ends, I'll be dropping them. BEWARE!

Free tune up with over priced plan… I keep because two young kids and the concern of losing heat. The person came and didn’t say a thing but didn’t complete the efficiency tune up. He was there, there was human interaction and I only learned by a comment on the “receipt” emailed. There was some smell and couldn’t complete?

Petro came in and replaced my tank with a new tank and a monitor to make sure I get deliveries when needed. The installation was seamless.
