I have never had a bad experience with Petro service but this last service/ tune-up call was exceptional. I only wish I could remember the gentleman’s name. He told me what needed replacing, then went over the finished work which matched what he said needed replacing. Left the place cleaner than he found it. He told me the furnace would run more quietly and it is. A great customer service experience.

I was very disapointed with my service in March and May. what happened is I had a tune up and it was still cold in my area so I did not turn off my heat for the spring. in May I turned off my heat and went to work, came home to a house with the heat on, even thought the heat was off. Ok, I just had my furnice tune up in March not even 2months later I have a problem with the same ZONE box.....???? And I am charged??? I have been a loyal customer since 1980 and when I moved upstate I took Petro with me.....They couldn't just give it to me, instead charged me another $400. WOW Ps I payed in full for the service plan and this wasn't included???Again WOW not nice. I am a Senior Citizen . Petro ( Giant company) could have gave that to me....And Why doesn't this company have a point system to get some special Savings during the yr., just saying....And Lastly, when I lived in Brooklyn I never had a problem I told everyone about Petro, Up here in Beacon it seems you guys are unconserned wtih y

I called them to look at my furnace, but they did not fix it. Then charged me $270. I tried in good faith to have them come back to help resolve my furnace issue, but they wanted me to pay another $99 for a tech to return. I decided to just cut my losses and find another business that will stand by their product and services.
