I requested Ethan via AHS since he had been to my home in the past for a heating issue. My gas furnace was completely on the outs!! Ethan is very professional & forthright. He came on a Saturday and installed both my gas furnace & AC unit. I was amazed how quickly he got the job done in over 3 hours!! I definitely recommend Stellar Heating & Cooling!! I was worried that my home warranty company would send me cheap, inferior labor, but as it turned out the opposite was true. I hope they continue to have their contract with him because he is so excellent. Ethan obviously cares about the work he does for his customers. He is very professional. He explained everything carefully, not only what he was doing to fix the current A/C problem but also how to keep the system running smoothly in the future. He went way above and beyond maximum efficiency and courtesy. He did not have to lift my heavy portable, carry it from the garage and install it while waiting for my new part, but he did it, which was a lifesaver in the extreme heat we were having. He and his company are true Hudson Valley gems of the A/C business.
