Ethan was outstanding, fast to respond and very professional. I would highly recommend Stellar for their service. He was very knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information about my system as far as maintenance, upkeep and repair. His repairs are very reasonable compared to others in the industry. His honesty has his on my first to call list if anything with my HVAC system fails!
Ethan went above and beyond to replace my furnace. After my furnace started leaking water, my home warranty assigned me to Stellar Heating and Cooling. Ethan came the next day to see what was wrong and to try to fix it. Ethan explained everything to me and unfortunately my furnace needed to be replaced. Ethan drove to NYC on a Saturday to pick up my furnace and he installed it that same day. After something malfunctioned and the new furnace overheated and burst a pipe in my basement ceiling, Ethan came back the next day, on a Sunday, to fix the pipe and temporarily fix my furnace with the parts he could find on a Sunday. He then drove to Albany the next day to get the final part he needed and fixed it all later that day. Ethan is very customer-focused and will go above and beyond to fix your furnace.
Ethan just serviced my Central Air Conditioner and was able to easily articulate the issues and a solution. I wish I had found him earlier. His pricing was extremely fair and you can trust the job will be done properly. Call him!
