Called for services recently for a plumbing emergency, and they had someone out to my house super quickly. The plumber that arrived was extremely nice, knowledgeable and seemed to have a great deal of care for not only the work he was doing but my home as well. 10/10 would work with this company again (though I’d prefer to not have another plumbing emergency ????)
Morris showed up exactly on time, unlike other companies, and replaced my old, rusted faucet with this beautiful one! Great job! He also offered helpful suggestions and recommendations about maintenance of the faucet. :) SO HAPPY!! Service: Installation
STAY AWAY! You've been warned! My grandfather's basement got flooded. They changed 300 for the water feeder on the broiler 871 for labor..and that's not even the beginning. They sent an "electrician" who only had 2 pliers as his tool set. He ended up borrowing the tools for the job. After realizing the wiring wasn't correct, we call the company back asking for a new guy to come over and troubleshoot. The owner says no other guy available. The same guy shows up and fiddles around with the wires trying different connections because he clearly doesn't know what he is doing..once again he has no tools to test the wires or anything or the sort. After 3 hours, my grandfather asks the man to leave. We call the owner back and he says "the worker says he saw that there was another guy that messed with the system so that voids the warranty and we would bill you again if we return to fix it" then he changed the story to "when he arrived he said the cover was off so that means it was tampered
