I had a leak in my flat roof during the recent storm Ida. They offered me the option to repair or replace the roof. I decided to replace it since it had many layers and I did not want to keep doing repair jobs. They were able to secure the materials in a short amount of time and schedule work on a weekend with good weather. The crew ripped out the roof, hauled away the garbage, and lined the insulation in one day. The following day, they completed the rest of the work. They were present on day 1 to coordinate the crew work and the use of the common driveway for the garbage truck. They also did a final inspection on day 3 and showed before/after pictures. They removed some satellite dishes that were left on the roof by the previous owners, replaced the gutter and two vents, sealed a crack in the wall, and designed a slope to divert the rainwater towards the gutter. Had a new roof installed in April-2020. Had an issue with the shingles on the ridge vent Sep-2022. Called them the owner and he had his guy come out and replace the shingles on the ridge vent with new shingles. This company is a reliable that stands behind there work and warranty.
