I called for a major leak from my toilet and the service was outstanding from my conversation with Nicole to the speed and professionalism displayed by Dave when he came to my home. No surprise fees and everything was explained. I highly recommend Bluewater and would definitely use them again for any of the services they provide. I had a problem with my shower. Once I notified Bluewater I promptly received a visit from the plumbers to survey the situation. They told me they would have to put in an order for a parts replacement kit. About an hour later I received a call from the office manager who told me the parts should be received in about two days then the work can be done. Like clockwork on the third day the plumbers completed the work at my home. The plumbers were very professional and courteous. The price of the repair was very fair. I was totally satisfied. BEWARE OF YOUR FINAL BILL. Make sure you are clear on what you are being charged for- “knowledge”/ “actual service”/ “time”. Negotiate and understand all possible scenarios before you let the service people into your home. This review is for recent service for a repair on an apartment boiler. The estimate we received was for $930 and we were told over the phone that it could potentially take around 8 hrs for two people to do the work. They do not give itemized breakdowns for labor. Two service people came. They arrived with a part and fixed the issue within 1 hour. Now, we will pay fairly for service completed. Wouldn’t it be fair to renegotiate the $930 estimate, when the actual work took 1 hr vs 8 hrs? Not to mention we previously paid them $2000 for essentially a major overhaul to this boiler only a few months ago.
