Bluewater Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

I had a problem with my shower. Once I notified Bluewater I promptly received a visit from the plumbers to survey the situation. They told me they would have to put in an order for a parts replacement kit. About an hour later I received a call from the office manager who told me the parts should be received in about two days then the work can be done. Like clockwork on the third day the plumbers completed the work at my home. The plumbers were very professional and courteous. The price of the repair was very fair. I was totally satisfied. So happy I found this company. Gas valve went on our boiler and we had no heat. Called and spoke to Nicole, who is just the nicest person and she sent someone the very same day. He did the diagnosis, explained everything! Unfortunately they had to order a replacement kit because the gas valve was obsolete, but it was ordered the same day. They called and told me when the part was in, scheduled an appointment and arrived just as promised. Jimal was our technician. Very nice, courteous and professional. Finished the job in about 2 hours and left everything neat and clean. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again if needed. Thanks Bluewater!!!
