I knew I had to have my roof repaired when leaks occurred during a heavy rain last Saturday night. Through an act of Providence, I found an advertisement by Hamza of HK Builders Corp. hanging on my front door on Monday. I called and spoke with Hamza and arranged for him to give a free estimate on Tuesday. Wednesday he came over and I signed a contract to repair the roof for a very reasonable price. Hamza brought a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming me as an additional assured. Hamza and his pair of professional roofers repaired the roof yesterday (Friday). I watched them work all day and was most impressed by their thoroughness and precision. They did not just replace shingles and underlayment; they went to the root of the problem and cut and replaced rotten plywood in two separate locations on the pitched asphalt roof snugly fitting the new plywood into place.
