I knew I had to have my roof repaired when leaks occurred during a heavy rain last Saturday night. Through an act of Providence, I found an advertisement by Hamza of HK Builders Corp. hanging on my front door on Monday. I called and spoke with Hamza and arranged for him to give a free estimate on Tuesday. Wednesday he came over and I signed a contract to repair the roof for a very reasonable price. Hamza brought a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming me as an additional assured. Hamza and his pair of professional roofers repaired the roof yesterday (Friday). I watched them work all day and was most impressed by their thoroughness and precision. They did not just replace shingles and underlayment; they went to the root of the problem and cut and replaced rotten plywood in two separate locations on the pitched asphalt roof snugly fitting the new plywood into place. We found Hamza working on a house nearby and asked him for a quote for a roofing job. He was very responsive and quick even though ours was a relatively small job as the portion of our roof that needed retiling is small. His team of six showed up as promised the following week on a sunny Tuesday and finished the job in one day. They were very careful around my flower bed and very courteous. Did a great job too! Everything was cleaned up and they left our front looking great. Hamza did not ask for large amount upfront, only a small deposit . He went over contract with us and answered our questions. He also called after a rainy day to ask if everything was ok, making sure there were no leaks????. There are warranties and I’m awaiting our manufacturer certification which he said we would receive the following week. I would definitely recommend HK Builders.

Highly recommend HK builders! I have done two jobs with Hamza so far and both jobs were performed well and stress fee. Very fair price, no hidden or extra charges. He is also fully insured for the job. Honest person and works around your schedule. First job was a full flat roof replacement, removing old layers and completely redoing the plywood,insulation, waterproofing, flashing and paint. Second job was a full refinish of exterior brick wall. Thank you again for the great job!
