Treated me very poorly as a customer came in contact my boiler because it has a small leak underneath when I request this in writing why the boiler was condemned. I got a run around for several days and still as of January 19. Can I get it in writing so I can submit to my insurance company. This is unreasonable. This is I don’t know why just just to get us a report has to be so difficult your supervision is incompetent Service: Heating system maintenance
