Justin and Shay were very unhelpful. They did not keep their word and lied to me. Homeserve will not pay for claims, they will just deny the claim. I told them not to renew my policy and they renewed it anyways with a doubled rate without my approval. I don't recommend anyone to use their service. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Both boiler and water heater guys were excellent! Knowledgeable and courteous, I learned something when they were here. Services: Cleaning, Install thermostat, Water heater repair, Heating system maintenance
