They did our roof 2015 and they seemed to do a great job. We paid for their warrantee and now that our roof sprung a leak they have ignored all of our calls. My wife has called them everyday for the past 2 weeks and as soon as they pick up they tell her they will call her back and they never do. Very unprofessional and not helpful in anyway. We had a great experience last week working with the JC & Sons Home Improvement crew. The guys showed up every day ready to work, and work hard they did!!! Neighbors on both sides were minimally impacted and also very pleasantly surprised that every afternoon his driveway was spotless and ready for his use. They took the roof down to the beginning and restarted with a new layer of plywood. Thus far we are extremely pleased and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof. this company DOES NOT guarantee their work the gutter they installed had a leak. (It was supposed to be a seamless gutter and it wasn't). I called and texted them numerous times.. During one call Julian got very nasty with me and told me to stop bothering him. they stopped by one day, without calling, and I was not home. Needless to say, they never fixed the leak. once they get your money, I guess they really don't care. Services: Roof installation, Gutter installation
