First and last mistake i will ever make. It took this company 26 hours for a 2-3 hour job. Breaker for my apartment went bad was left with no electricity for 26 hours because of this company. Website clearly states FREE ESTIMATES with 1 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE. I admit i was desperate so i waited for them for 2.45 hours. I paid $156 for the electrician look at the problem and was quoted $40 dollars for every 1/2 hour after plus tax and materials. Electrician shows up 2 hours and 45 minutes later takes a look brings the wrong tools and asks ME for a set of Allen keys because he didn't have the right tools for the job. Folks if an electrician asks YOU for a tool thats when you know you made a mistake. I spent that whole day with no electricity because of the electrician they sent me never contacted my electrical company in time to take the meter off that was blocking the breaker. Contractor was not able to install any of the light fixtures. He was only able to attach solar motion lights to side of house. 2 small lights took 3 HOURS!!! Talk about milking a project since he charged by the hour. He also wanted to use my ladder. It took him 15 minutes just to get his ladder out of the truck. Then he had the nerve to give me his card for side jobs! Not in this lifetime Service: Light fixture installation

On a 95 degree day, our AC broke. I called an ad from what I can only describe as the worlds sketchiest website. A woman answered and said “electrical company”, to which I asked which one. She listed 3. It was at that point I knew I was in for a wild ride. With that said, in the long run I had my AC back up and working within 3 hours of calling. The tech while maybe not the warmest and most welcoming guy did explain the issue and told me what he did to fix it. This place has bad reviews it seems to me mostly due to mismanaged expectations. I too was angry I though I knew what part I needed, and yea maybe it was a bit of a weird experience, but I got what I needed! I even called and complained about that part bit, and the woman on the phone was very polite even while maybe I wasn’t the easiest to deal with. Service: General repairs
