While selling my house, the buyers requested an extremely high amount to repair the vent fan of the range hood the day before closing. Since I had already moved out of state I felt stuck. Luckily, I called these guys and they went out immediately (this was after hours on a weekend). They gave me a much more reasonable quote and offered to repair the following day. They answered their phone after hours on a weekend, called me during the quote, and e-mailed the quote right away to both me and our real estate attorney. I was so happy with their customer service and responsiveness.
Contractor was not able to install any of the light fixtures. He was only able to attach solar motion lights to side of house. 2 small lights took 3 HOURS!!! Talk about milking a project since he charged by the hour. He also wanted to use my ladder. It took him 15 minutes just to get his ladder out of the truck. Then he had the nerve to give me his card for side jobs! Not in this lifetime Service: Light fixture installation
My general contractor did a major $35K gutt renovation on my kitchen and chose JW Electric Corporation as his electrician. I could not be more disappointed with the electrical work in my kitchen and dont know who's more to blame, the GC who shouldve been overseeing the project or the electrician that did such poor planning. 1- They installed a double outlet on a tiny counter space near the faucet and a single outlet on my gigantic counter space. This results in me having to use an unsightly expander on my single outlet and the ridiculousness of a double outlet on a small space near the sink. 2- I specifically asked the electrician via note taped to my door as well as the GC on two seperate occasions to get rid of one of my light outlets as it is no longer in use. They tore down the wall and completely rewired the wall, so getting rid of it properly should not have been an issue. Instead I have an ugly blank on my outlet bank. At this point I will have to hire an electrician to rewire
