It’s Saturday morning our boiler was leaking and we could not wait for Monday to get it fixed. Tommy N came on to our house with in a few hours and fixed our boiler. Luckily he was able to fix it before it turned into a bigger problem. Tommy N was professional, efficient and delivered high quality service. The price was fair and we now have peace of mind. We will go back to Kew Forest Plumbing and Heating and ask for Tommy N with any plumbing or heating needs. Service: Heating system repair

We are in a small walk up, and half our building lost heat during a very cold week. Tommy N and Jay D from Kew Forest Plumbing came out and were incredibly helpful. Not only did they fix the issue, but explained everything in great detail so that we understood how to prevent the problem from happening in the future. In addition, Tommy N continued to check in for the next few days to make sure we had heat. We will absolutely use them again moving forward. Service: Heating system maintenance

Unreliable, unprofessional and a waste of my time. I called on Monday and made a appointment ( service call) for Wednesday 9am it all went smoothly. On Wednesday I called them at around quarter to 10am to make sure we was still scheduled for the service call, the receptionist sounded like she had no idea of the appointment she placed me on hold for a couple of minutes and after the brief hold she tells me that she had a hard time getting in contact with the guys in the van and that she’ll call me back once she gets in contact with them. She calls me back around 10am and told me that all of the guys are handling a emergency call and that she will call me to let me know when they are able to show up. I didn’t hear from her again up until the driver called me at 2pm saying that he was outside and he wasn’t, I called him back 3 times and he didn’t answer the phone so I decided to call the office and let them know what’s going on and at that point I was disappointed on how this whole experi
