Replace the roof in November 2021. Excellent working experience with NY's Elite Roofing. The employees were extremely professional and answered all of our questions before, during, and after the procedure. They handle the majority of the insurance claim process, making it very convenient for us. He also ensured that we were completely satisfied with all aspects of the final roof, which included rehanging the basketball goal and installing brand-new gutters and shingles. They went above and beyond, replacing small sections of rotted fascia board and painting it to match, despite the fact that it would be covered by new gutters. Nice attention to detail. Overall, we were pleased with the service and will use them again!
