NY's ELITE ROOFING & SIDING did a fantastic job through the entire roofing process. The estimating, installation, and follow-up were top-notch. I would highly recommend them for not only roofing but carpentry as well. They arrived on time, were thorough, and did quality work. I'm looking into having them do additional work already. Replace the roof in November 2021. Excellent working experience with NY's Elite Roofing. The employees were extremely professional and answered all of our questions before, during, and after the procedure. They handle the majority of the insurance claim process, making it very convenient for us. He also ensured that we were completely satisfied with all aspects of the final roof, which included rehanging the basketball goal and installing brand-new gutters and shingles. They went above and beyond, replacing small sections of rotted fascia board and painting it to match, despite the fact that it would be covered by new gutters. Nice attention to detail. Overall, we were pleased with the service and will use them again!
5 Stars!!! The entire procedure involving my homeowner's insurance and NY's Elite Roofing Company was so straightforward. Zero issues whatsoever! Their technicians were so helpful and polite that even my cat Luna could feel their positive energy. As promised, the repairs were completed in one day. I was impressed with how well the crew cleaned up after the event. I am at ease knowing that if anything were to happen to my roof again, I would be prepared. I will absolutely contact them!!! Thanks a bunch!!!
