I had bathtub drain issues,Queens NYC. called roto set up an appointment and Joe was the plumber that showed up. Very professional and knowledgeable, well spoken. Explained the process and took care of the issue. Excellent service, but the bill was on the high side.
Great, fast service. I needed 2 toilets in our new home repaired. I called at 8am and by 11am they arrived and took care of the issues. Our technician was great to deal with and cleaned up anywhere he worked. Will de use again when needed. I highly recommend. Service: Toilet repair
