Howard Beach, Queens - Anthony showed up on time and ready with the proper equipment to clear my main drain. He was well mannered, professional, and courteous about protecting the house from the raw sewage backup. The work was done right with no wasted time. RotoRooter is not cheap and they get many good and many bad reviews. I believe that the individual plumber that services the job makes all the difference. Excellent service from the technician Brian who performed the job of clearing out my main line. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I thought $600+tax was a steep price for a job that took less than an hour and used one piece of equipment. Nevertheless, I was out of a bad situation with a sewage backup quickly and he did a thorough job and was friendly. Service: Plumbing
