Thomas was very responsive from day one. He arrived when he said he would for the estimate (in the rain, if I remember correctly). He quoted us a price the same day for patchwork to the roof, replacing a gutter and reflashing the base of the chimney. His crew completed the work in less than a day. He responded promptly to any follow up questions and was even available to help give us a referral for work that was outside his scope. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The roofing team from Thomas James just finished our partial roof replacement and aluminum layer on the rest of the roof. The process was very smooth and the work looks neatly done. Thomas himself came by to do the initial assessment and also stopped by during the process to make sure we felt comfortable with how things were being done. Would do business with them again.
