Tudor is the best in the field. They fixed my boiler in November 2021 and it's been running well. I think they deserve a great review. Flori and another guy both were professional and friendly, and did a great job. I highly recommend them. Service: Heating system repair

We called Tudor as they were a recommended Navien service specialist. Our hot water wasn’t working and we had been out of heat for over 2 days. Took a few follow up calls to get them to commit to coming the next day. However, they did not respond to texts or calls when asking for an ETA or whether they would commit to actually turning up. I expressed concern that we had children and needed a response, one way or another so we could move on to find a solution urgently. We have two small children and our Saturday was left waiting for them to show up. They never turned up or called back. This is foundational courtesy and basic in business. I would not recommend based on professionalism. Also, they do not have a physical business location on Google Maps. It’s just pinned to a random building.

Purchased "BRAND NEW" HVAC & FURNACE central air units & installation. STILL NOT WORKING CORRECTLY after 4 service calls in 6 months. AC airflow needed repair after 1 month. Had to redo pipework.Thermostat needed replacement after 3 months. NOW, the Heat (which was working when they first installed it) is short-cycling (shuts off every 7 minutes from overheating) since the AC was "fixed" which drives bill UP. They came & butchered the system & even removed my filter "to get more airflow" before blaming ductwork. They ALSO knocked the duct/vent from boiler out of place which could have been a deadly Carbon monoxide issue while "creating openings for airflow." I got lightheaded when I was in the basement after they left. They told me to call a different company to figure out duct issue. Tudor cost me thousands in cooling, heating bills & now a duct inspection of $225 an hour X 2-4 hours. I called them after a terrible flood & needed system replaced. I paid cash as insurance wouldn't cov
