Michael and his team installed a two zone hyper heat and cooling Mitsubishi split unit system throughout our entire house. Michael was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He answered our many questions in a timely manner and was able to get our installation set up very quickly, despite the supply chain delays at the time. His rates were very fair and he was also able to arrange for an outside contractor to do beautiful masonry work on the area where our old through wall AC unit was removed. The architecture of our old attached brick house made it particularly challenging to place the units, but Michael was very thoughtful and worked out a great placement plan for us. The installation team was efficient and cleaned up after themselves nicely. The office team is also wonderful to work with, including Al who is very helpful and pleasant to speak with on the phone.
