We called them this morning because our central air unit stopped working on Sunday night. We waited to call them till Monday morning since it wasn't a true emergency and they came out and we're here within an hour of our phone call. We are located about 35 minutes from their location so much of the wait was driving to get here. We were very lucky that it was a simple fix and the technician they sent named Kyle was so nice and professional and answered all our questions. We are going into a heat advisory for the next two days so we are so grateful he got it up and running so quickly! So far our experiences with them have been great as we did use them last year as well for furnace maintenance. What I liked about them too is they didn't try to sell us a new furnace because ours is old. They were honest and fair in their review of it. I would highly recommend giving them a call! On the coldest day of this winter, our furnace broke down. It was also a a very early Saturday morning. It was very stressful and with small children in the house we needed help right away. Chris answered our call and helped right away. Chris answered every question knowledgeably and with patience. And there were a lot of questions. Ultimately we needed a new furnace and Chris was able to have that scheduled immediately. Chris and the Bourque team made this easy and most importably made us feel safe and confident on our decision.
