I almost never feel the urge to write online reviews, but in this case I did! I had some small home projects that I wanted to get done and knew I wanted to outsource this work to professionals (I'm not very good with my hands nor did I have the time). I'm quite the perfectionist so finding the right people online was a bit of a struggle for me. I fist came across Helpir when a friend recommended them to me so I thought I'd give them a try. My first project was to install a bookshelf and I was extremely impressed with their work!!! They exceeded my expectations of quality and I was happily surprised with how fast they were!. I also felt very safe and knew I could trust the workers in my home, even when I had to step out of the house at times. I was so happy with how my new bookshelf came out that I called Helpir back for a second project. This time I wanted a new display case for my photography equipment. Helpir, including Mitch and his team, impressed me. I hired Helpir to finish some renovations from a previous project and help us expand our counseling offices in Schenectady. Mitch and his team spent countless hours making sure every detail was attended to. Helpir's team constructed walls, installed lighting, painted 2000 sq. ft. of office and common spaces, replaced doors, and more than I cannot remember. No matter the task, they found a way to get it done; even when it was a result of me asking for a last minute change or addition to the plan.
