I had a very positive experience with Appliance Tec. I appreciated the explanation given for the issue and more importantly, the conversation that followed the recommendation for repair. Being able to talk through all of the possibilities and options allowed me to make the right decision and feel good that I was doing the right thing. Dave was patient and performed the repair as quickly as he could, thank you for sticking with my uncooperative washer and ultimately getting it fixed! The Technician who came twice was great. He listened to what was wrong. Fixed the problem, explained everything he did . Very nice and perfecional even when we were complaining . Definitly 5 stars for the tech! Whirlpool and the washer we bought 1 star.
