The tech that came to our house arrived within the identified time window. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue and order parts for our Jenn Air Built-In Microwave. Only downfall is that we waited a week for this appointment and now have to wait another week for the parts to come in. Parts actually cost more than the labor (which I was surprised to hear) so all-in-all I would recommend this company! Service: Microwave repair
