I had a very positive experience with Appliance Tec. I appreciated the explanation given for the issue and more importantly, the conversation that followed the recommendation for repair. Being able to talk through all of the possibilities and options allowed me to make the right decision and feel good that I was doing the right thing. Dave was patient and performed the repair as quickly as he could, thank you for sticking with my uncooperative washer and ultimately getting it fixed! Both technicians were very good. Excellent diagnostic techniques and technical knowledge on the first visit. Excellent efficiency and repair technique on the second visit (part had to be ordered before second visit.). Told me exactly what the problem was and took appropriate actions. The service was exceptionally professional in both cases and both techs knew their business and explained things thoroughly. Answered all questions in detail and gave me maintenance tips.
