Mr. Todd is Knowledgeable, Honest , Reliable , Caring and so Kind. He fixed the issue related to my furnace within a reasonable amount of time by providing the best and cost-effective solution. He even checked the next day or so to make sure everything was going well with the Furnace. I will be calling them again for any of our future HVAC needs! My A/C wasn't blowing cold air, Todd came to fix the issue and assured me there were no leaks in the system. Just a couple weeks later, same problem; warm air. I called Todd again and he promised he would take care of it. After that, he didn't show up twice, stopped answering my phone calls or responding to text messages. I would avoid this company!
