***Update*** This company installed a brand new unit that ended up being faulty and didn’t respond when I called on the warranty during dangerous heat with a baby at home. Absolutely disappointing. This was previously a 5 star review because they appeared to do good work and I wanted to help support a smaller local team but it ended up costing me an extra $2,000 just to keep my family safe after they failed to do their job or correct their mistakes. Todd and crew replaced an aging furnace for me, installed a new thermostat, humidistat, and filter box. Did a great job, very happy with the result and quality of the work. Will be calling them back when my 2nd furnace needs to be replaced. Services: Heating system installation, Thermostat installation
Knowledgeable, Honest and Reliable. In June 2022 Todd and the other guys at Berkeley installed furnace and AC for me. I got 7 estimates and Todd provided the best equipment, speedy and personalized service for the lowest price. He repaired my humidifier for $125 when his competitor was going to charge me a thousand to replace it. He also gave me good advice on related issues throughout the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BERKELEY.
