We called 5 businesses about our broken air conditioner.....John was the only one to respond promptly......he gave us the estimate, but of course, we still did get other estimates....he gave us the lowest price and we just felt the best about him. John was the only who agreed to install an Ecobee digital thermostat to integrate the HVAC and humidity controls in our house. We had separate 30 year old thermostat and humidity controllers and only Ecobee had the capability to integrate both. It was not an easy DIY project since our old thermostat was lacking wires of a particular color needed for the install. John showed up on a Saturday in the middle of the covid pandemic and did a perfect install. It did take him longer than anticipated due to some poorly run HVAC wires in our house but he did not charge us extra. He was very reasonably priced and professional. Thermostat has been working flawless for about 3 years now. The ability to monitor and regulate home temperatures through my phone across continents is fascinating. Thanks John! We reached out to John on Friday when we realized our AC was no longer working. He said the earliest he could get there was Monday. Of course, this was going to be one of the hottest weekends too. Sunday morning, he shows up to our house, unannounced, and assesses our AC issue. An hour or so later, our AC is repaired and back up running. This is customer service unlike any other.
