I had an insurance claim on my roof and worked directly with Norm and had a fantastic experience through and through. Norm facilitated everything and was a solid professional; didn't try to up-sell me or give me the run-around. Very knowledgeable about his profession and all-around solid guy. The crew that did the actual labor was fantastic as well. They worked diligently at repairing the roof and protecting the exterior features of the house. When all was said and done they did a very thorough clean-up and Norm personally came down for a final inspection of the job and property. He had a compellation of videos and photos so I could see the progress of the repair and the before and after of the roof. Highly recommend this company and I felt like I wasn’t just a customer. I hope I have no roof issues in the future but, if I do I’ll absolutely use them again.
