Had a great estimate experience with Jeffery W. out of the Rochester office. We are in the process of getting our roof replaced and he gave us an incredibly thorough estimate and even came back to our house a couple hours later to talk through the quote and provide samples in great detail. Definitely worth reaching out to.
What a great experience we've had! It started with my calling and speaking with Sandy. So kind and helpful! We scheduled an appointment right then and the estimator came out this weekend. Tyler was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable and thorough! It's so awesome to encounter people who excel in their job and make you the customer feel so valued.
Our experience with Graves Bros. was great from the start. Robert, who came out to look at the roof and give us an estimate, was extremely knowledgeable and checked everything thoroughly. Jeremy and his crew were professional and did an outstanding job. The roof looks great and everything was cleaned up.
