Highland Contractors

We did a lot of work at our house, window, siding, new shed. We were very happy with the work, professionalism, and personalities. Shane’s crew (Patrick, Andrew and Craig) were a pleasure to deal with for the two weeks they spent here.

Jean and Marcos came to put in my new sliding glass door. Previously there was just a window and the plan is for the door and a new deck. They did an absolutely amazing job. They were respectful of my home, kind to me and my family and cleaned up everything after the job was done! The door looks amazing and I can’t wait to work with them further.

UPDATE: I am very pleased to say that Heather from Highland resolved all of my issues. She came out personally and reviewed my situation and handled it with professionalism and care. I am very happy with the repairs and speed in which they handled them. Steve who was the problem is no longer with highland. I plan to have them do more work at my home. I want to preface this and say that the sales associate did nothing wrong and was amazing the whole time. That being said the lead of the construction team, Steve Stuplin, was a horrible communicator and didn’t respond after multiple attempts to contact him. I hired highland to install a new fence around my backyard and put insulation in my attic. The insulation went fine, but the fence was a nuisance. When I agreed to have them do the fence, I explained that it was because my dog kept getting out. I came home to large gaps under the fence and the crew gone. I contacted my sales rep and he contacted Steve. I heard nothing. I followed up wi
