Amazing customer service starting with the receptionist who I booked the appointment with. Dan and Caleb did amazing work and very quick. Dan was thorough with his explanations and he gave his suggestions but I never felt pressured to add things on.He showed me what I would need to do if the issue ever happens again. Professional, communicative, and top quality. Technicians were polite and knowledgeable. I am more than satisfied. Joe Brennan did the plumbing to move my washer and dryer from the basement to the first floor. Drain, water lines, and dryer vent in about two hours. Nick Hance ran a new 220 volt electrical line even quicker. A great team to work with! I usually do the simple electrical work around my house, but I ran into a problem. I called Nichols electric and they came out the next day for which I was thrilled. Matt was the technician and he was most professional and informative. I will definitely be using this company again.
