Ed, Val, and their crew were incredible. They did a wonderful job packing/boxing up our basement and then bringing it all back down again. We could never have done the job they did. They were very professional and courteous. Everyone of them had a saying “we are here for you” and they definitely were. They even talked with the insurance agent and explained the water issues, when insurance was considering denying the claim. If we could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!

I am not a review writer but had to share my outstanding experience with refined restoration. 8:30am I realized I had water coming from a air conditioner in my attic into my living. 10:30am they were at my door and immediately put my mind at ease saying we can handle everything and they absolutely did. They cut bad drywall and removed insulation and dried everything with their equipment. To much more to list but the job and people are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone who has water damage. Thank you again.
