I reached out to Rochester Pro Roofing and two other companies on the Sunday that this happened, but I wasn’t expecting any responses until sometime during the work week. Within 10 minutes of my call, Vladimir was texting me and we exchanged information/details. Even though this was a small job, Vladimir made it a priority. He was at my house the next day with a fair and reasonable estimate, and the repair was completed within a week. Would definitely recommend Rochester Pro Roofing. They did an outstanding job on my roof replacement, Vlad was onsite and was walking me through everything they were doing and why. Was very straight forward and honest about their ability and did not over commit. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive and they did not push to get the job, they let the quote do the talking. Vlad gave a very detailed quote, listing everything they were going to do. Many of the other companies i received quotes from id not get to this level of detail. They were on site for one day and replaced my entire roof and the clean up was amazing, especially for how much they had to rip off. the team was very friendly and courteous to my property as well as making sure that nothing would impact my neighbors.
