Overall Stellar was the best choice we could have made for a couple reasons… First - Stellar did come in a tad higher than other estimates, but not enough to break the bank. I will also pay more for the quality of people I have to deal with. I am usually the one who has to handle everything as I work from home VS my husband. If I have that feeling I want to work with someone then I will pay for that. The product overall was much better than others I have seen. We got to see it, feel it, and learn how the process worked. You get what you pay for really did apply here. I realized the lower estimates we received definitely had a lower quality product. Second - I really appreciated how our sales guy Dan handled the estimate with us. Most of the time salespeople are very pushy, and they don’t really care unless they are going to make money. I had a great experience with Stellar Roofing from my first meeting with Matthew to project manger, Phil and expert installation crew. After the tear off and installation I could not believe how neat and tidy the crew was. The crew was here early in the morning and did not leave until 13 hours later until the roof was completed and the last nail picked up. The next morning you'd never know I just had a tear off and new roof installed other than the fact that it looks amazing and my neighbors commented on how great it looks. We had a great experience from start to finish with stellar roofing. We are new home owners so we didn’t know where to start when it came to a new roof. We had a few estimates but when we met Matt from stellar they were super knowledgeable. They sat down with us, gave us all the information we would need to know and most importantly made us feel comfortable and confident in their work. The day of was no different. They came with a crew of people who were very respectful. We were very excited to see the work only took one day to complete and there was no clean up that we needed to do as they came prepared.
