have used this company for a few years now. I personally called Ken the owner on this cell when I have had any issues. No matter how busy he is..he always gets back to me right way. I have a lot of health issues and can get very sick due to the heat. A few months ago..my AC stopped working. Online it looked like it was going to be a few weeks until they would be able to come out. Ken knew I needed help and came out within a few days. This is the ONLY company I will use.
