Old AC unit, part of our heat pump, stopped working last night! Expected to be 90 degrees out today. Called Long Energy at 6:30am, they got back to us within an hour. They sent the technician out by 10:30-11:00 am and he worked on it in the scorching heat and fixed the thing!! Amazing mechanic, really friendly and really knew what he was doing! Thank you Bob, and Sean! Great service at a reasonable price! Long Energy gives old fashioned SERVICE to their customers! Really appreciate that and will call them again! ???? Cherie & Gerard Burke
Been a customer with Persico / Long Energy since I purchased my home in 2020, customer service has always been top notch and fuel deliveries very quick after requesting them. Today was my first experience with service side as my furnace decided to stop working. The Service technician (Jesse) was very professional and explained everything he was finding and doing. He replaced the fuel pump and tested everything and adjusted the air flow for a better quality flame. I am very impressed with Jesse and Persico / Long Energy. Thank You to all of you !!
