My AC unit broke the first time I used it this season, and after having 5 companies quote me on replacements, Long Energy is the winner for sure! Andrew Brink from Long Energy has been great to work with, answers all of my questions promptly, and has been going above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. Plus Long Energy crushed all of the other companies (Roland, A Johnson, Appolo, & Holbrook) on price, while also providing me with a higher end unit for less $ than their competitor's lower end models. I highly recommend Long Energy for HVAC systems!
Old AC unit, part of our heat pump, stopped working last night! Expected to be 90 degrees out today. Called Long Energy at 6:30am, they got back to us within an hour. They sent the technician out by 10:30-11:00 am and he worked on it in the scorching heat and fixed the thing!! Amazing mechanic, really friendly and really knew what he was doing! Thank you Bob, and Sean! Great service at a reasonable price! Long Energy gives old fashioned SERVICE to their customers! Really appreciate that and will call them again! ???? Cherie & Gerard Burke
