New roof and siding :). October 2022 the company workers came out on time and cleaned up and was ready to work . I was very worried however they communicated to me every step of the way. Even after the roof job was complete I was still worried about leaks coming into my home, Sam ensured me not to worry and I have been happy ever since !!!! At first I hesitated calling because sadly in the past I’ve had experience with long delays or unreturned phone calls from some service providers. Well I shouldn’t have hesitated. Sam returned my phone call 3 minutes after I left a voice mail on the business line. I couldn’t believe it. I had been having a slow leak situation, but the weather forecast was predicting several consecutive days of rain the following week. After hearing my concerns, Sam somehow was able to get here the same day to inspect the roof. I was given a few options for the work that needed to be done. We scheduled the job to be done in a 2 day window. I appreciated the communication to confirm for the morning of the job. Sam and his team arrived very early, started the work immediately.
