We had a leak for years, before and after Sandy and no one could figure out what was wrong. Chris (the owner) figured it out and told me what he suspected the problem was (without pulling anything off). Since Chris knew what the problem likely was there were no surprises in cost, time, or materials. He knew exactly what was causing it, what was going to be needed to be done, and exactly how to fix it within minutes of just looking at it. They did such an excellent job too. His crew left the place clean and my roof no longer leaks! They even replaced the black topping (for a flat part of my roof near the leak) with one that matches closer to my actual roof color. I hated seeing that big black rectangular patch on my greyish roof for the last 10 years, but never thought to mention it to them because I wasn't sure anything could be done about it.
