Air Rescue was able to schedule an appointment for us within 24 hours and their communication was fantastic. Easy to reach, emails are sent when the technician is headed to your home, and their progress is trackable online. Steven was efficient, personable, and not only fixed the issue with our Carrier Infinity system he was able to explain what had occurred. First of all they responded really fast and professionally. The call was answered right away and appointment was setup on the spot. No calling back drama. Rudy was very on time. My heater was not working for a week and Rudy came and quickly determined that was only the controller's problem. They were not trying to sell me any unnecessary services. He told me that he can sell me a new controller and after I told him I have a new Nest controller and not sure if it would work, he quickly said he will make it work and only charged me installation fee. He even made some adjustments on my heater's wiring to make it work better with new controller. Again, very professional and not trying to sell you any unnecessary services or products. Email receipts was sent right after they got back to office that day. I will definitely hire them again for any heating or cooling problems. Service: Install AC
