I have used Arnica for several years now, and they are always prompt, pleasant and very customer focused. I have gone through several Staten island HVAC companies, and been disappointed until I found Arnica. I would definitely recommend them. Service: A/C system maintenance

Called Arnica on the phone for estimates. The representatives I spoke with were super nice and were very willing to answer my questions. However when the estimator came out, he didn't look very approachable. Didn't really ask me much. Just looked at my systems and took down notes. Asked is there anything else and then told me I would be getting a email with the quote.
