I contacted arnica to perform an installation of a ductless mini-split installation for me and was very satisfied and happy with my system. Simone the owner is very knowledgeable, the team who came to install were friendly and clean, Jackie in the office was in communication throughout the entire process, helping me with any questions or needs, and kept me informed. I would recommend the company to others and will continue to use them myself for any future needs.

Called Arnica on the phone for estimates. The representatives I spoke with were super nice and were very willing to answer my questions. However when the estimator came out, he didn't look very approachable. Didn't really ask me much. Just looked at my systems and took down notes. Asked is there anything else and then told me I would be getting a email with the quote.

My split duct Mitsubishi unit started leaking so I called Arnica which installed the unit two years ago. I expected that I would need a new pump but was surprised when the technician said that it needed to be cleaned.
