Breezin HVAC - Best HVAC Contractor in New York

I highly recommend Breezin HVAC. Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, and the office is helpful and quick to reply. They installed a new central A/C system for me in my brownstone last year and did an excellent job. The condensers had to go on the roof 6 flights up, be carried up the stairs, and then pulled onto the roof; the old units had to go down the same way. They came with the manpower to get it done. They told me if they had to disassemble the units, they would do that as well and rebuild them; luckily, that was not needed. Other companies would have told me a crane would be required adding to the cost. They also work on my radiant heating system. When the ignition part broke on the boiler and I needed help quickly, they were there for me and came Saturday morning to fix the boiler. Employees Adam and his helper showed up on time, were very professional, and replaced my water heater in less than 2 hours. Also took the old equipment with them. Called on Sunday morning and had a new water heater less than 24 hours later. Great service

After several visits and spending over a thousand dollars in parts, this company was unable to fix my unit. They claimed the circuit board was burning out because of high voltage. Had an electrician come out, and found there was no issue with the required voltage. They had me replace some additional parts in the condenser unit (btw this unit only had 11 months, so it was brand new) and it also did not fix it. After several visits they sent me their "knowable guy" who looked at the unit, told me me he would try to research the issue and never called me back, at some point he advised me to replace my whole unit. It was a very strange experience. I called another company, who after 15 min of looking at the issue, told me the nest thermostat I had was defective and causing electrical issues. Advised me to get a honeywell thermostat and problem solved. I waited a year to write this review to see if this company would ever follow up with me, they just gave up and never called me back.
