Our family has been using the services of Gold King for over ten years. Our experiences have been as follows: 1) We always receive a prompt response to our phone calls. 2) The service people always arrive at, or very close to the time they tell us they are coming. 3) The service people are ALWAYS prompt, respectful, courteous and efficient. 4)The owner always comes to assess his service people's diagnosis of the problem and proposed remedy. 5) The costs are always reasonable and at or below the fair market prices charged by similar companies. 6) All of the service people are very accommodating to my special needs (I have significant physical impairments), and always check to see if I need anything before, they leave. Those who know me will confirm that I am a very demanding and picky person with high expectations. I have never been disappointed by Cold King and I will never switch providers. i feel safe with their service people and i feel confident in their honesty, integrity and work

This company is hard-working and fast. Teddy found the most cost efficient way to solve my A/C issues. He also fit me into their busiest schedule during the heat wave to replace my HVAC system as quickly as possible. Teddy and his gang are the best!!
