If you get into a situation where DEP demands that you repair your water mainline like we did, Richmond is the place to go. They are extremely knowledgeable about DEP and they will get the permits for you quickly. It took Chris and his team to finish the work the same day and Chris put the permit application in Monday and had them for Wednesday. We did not have to lift a finger. Chris was dependable, courteous, very experienced and he is very hands on as the manager/owner. Chris kept us in the loop as repairs were being done. We asked Chris for pics of our water mainline repair because we wanted to appeal the denial from American Water Resource. He made sure to send them to us without having to ask him. The workers cleaned the front of our home and the street too. They covered the hole very neatly and they were even nice enough to answer neighbors concerns they had about the work being done. I highly recommend them for any work you need done. My husband and I will be sure to hire them

Had the pleasure of re-branding their company (website, logo, social media etc) & ended up needing them a few months later for a water-main replacement!
