Serge installed a number of Fujitsu units in late 2014. The system ran perfectly until may of 2021 when one of the units stopped working. Serge was quick to respond to a call for him to come in and make any necessary repairs. All repairs where completed quickly. We are happy to have everything running before the summer heat. I'll highly recommend Tri State Air Inc. company for installation and repair split AC systems. Serge and his team did installation of two split ac/heat systems in my house during renovation in 2017. They installed outside units on the level of second and third floor and gave me warranty. These guys were very professional.
