DO NOT USE CNY ROOFING. I had CNY Roofing install a ridge vent and do a minor roof repair but they did a terrible job . Pics tell the story. .Brand new shingles are torn with nail heads exposed .The owner wanted more money to finish the roof repair . On top of the bad install and repair . 100% pleased with outcome of roof replacement. Called last week, Zach from CNY Roofing came out and gave me a very completive bid. One week later we have a beautiful Corning Owens asphalt shingled roof. The CNY crew was awesome and answered any question I had during the installation process. I contacted CNY Roofing for a quote on a roof replacement on a Thursday, they sent Vernon (the guys who OWNS the company) the very next day. We were heading in to Memorial day weekend, so he said I would get an email estimate from him by Tuesday. I contacted the office via email on Wednesday as I hadn't received the estimate, the lady in the office says she would look into it and get back to me- no response back. So I called the office Thursday and she gave me Vernon's cell phone number. I called and had to leave a voicemail, and again no return call or response back, so I called him again the next day and again no answer, I also called the office and the lady in the office said she would contact him again. Needless to say it's Monday, and I still have not even received my estimate. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company, if they can't even be professional and timely enough about getting back to me with an estimate, then I certainly can't trust them doing my roof.
