I hired Bill Donigan to paint the interior of my house. He ran over the allotted schedule by 2 weeks and when I told him politely that it needed to be finished he became very aggressive and his whole demeanor changed. (VOICEMAIL to prove it) . His work was sub par and he cut a lot of corners using cheaper watered down Sherwin Williams paint instead of the expensive Sherwin Williams paint I paid for in which we agreed upon.
