Mr. Rooter is definitely more expensive than some smaller plumbers but they were able to schedule me in 2 days for a total sewer line replacement. Everyone I spoke to and worked with were professional, respectful and extremely kind! Nick, Tyler, Alex and as well as Chelsea and Stacey were absolutely wonderful. I had sewage backing up into my basement and called many plumbers who were either rude or unavailable. Stacy at Mr Rooter was very kind and courteous when she took my call. She was able to dispatch someone out right away which was a major plus. Dakota arrived took a look at the problem and was very confident that he could fix the issue. He quoted the price and he went to work right away. Dakota was kind, knowledgeable and confident and worked right away with no hesitation. He had the drain cleared In less than 20 minutes. He gave me good information and answered all my questions. He even set up a follow up person to check out the pipes with a camera. I am very pleased with my experience with this company. Very professional and straightforward about what issues may arise, after first attempting to snake the pipe line because its an old home with old cast iron piping. John and his helper, forgive me for forgetting his name, he was very busy working hard to fix my backed up piping system. He was very nice and a pleasure to talk to. John and the helper tried very hard to resolve our problem by multiple attempts, but it's going to take a lot more service than I had anticipated. He had prepared a quote.
