SOS Roofing completed an asphalt roof and gutter replacement job at our house in August 2023. Working with SOS Roofing was a great experience from beginning to end. After seeing the quality of their work in our neighborhood and meeting with the company's sales rep, hiring SOS roofing for the job was an easy decision. The sales rep was very quick to set up a visit after we initially contacted the company. While at our house, he thoroughly explained what needed to be done as part of our roof replacement, the materials that would be used, the steps of the job, and the warranty of the materials & workmanship. He then provided us with all of the shingle options along with his recommendations and gave us a fair estimate. Shortly after we contacted the SOS Roofing office manager to accept the estimate and give our material decisions, we were given a date for the job. DO NOT HIRE!!! Had a roof leak and they took forever to come fix, even when we decided to do the entire roof. SOS didnt even do it, they subcontracted it out. Also had siding to fix and they left a hole in the side of our house for over a week. A few months later the roof leaked and an actual SOS employee came out, apologized it wasn't done correctly and said they fix it and pay to repair the damage inside. Then the owner called and refused and tried to blame our gutters. Eventually they sent the subcontractors back out, turns out all the back and forth about a plan to ensure leaks wouldn't happen from the neighboring townhouse was a waste as they didn't tell the subcontractors, which is what led to the leak. After our contractor fixed inside they refused to pay for any repairs. What made it worse is it leaked in area that had just been remodeled. There are way better companies in the area to hire, don't be misled by the pictures they post of other people's work.
