We could not be happier with our A/C system Bryan came and did an assessment and fixed the issue within 30 minutes! It is an old unitand any other Company could have sold us on an expensive new unit We Sincerely appreciate his honesty .

The reviews on here are real. I was very pleased with the service that was provided and customer service as well. I had an issue with my furnace which turned out to be the heat exchanger. I had a different company (it rhymes with otter) take a look at it. I informed them that I thought it was the heat exchanger and I knew that it was under warranty because of faulty coating on inside. I informed them that is all I wanted done if that was the case. So a tech came out and took a look confirmed that it was and then said it was going to cost me $1500 for it to be replaced. I said it should be covered then said I was better off with a new furnace for $2800. I said that it covers Labor and cost for that particular recall. He said not all of it. He tried pushing the new furnace on me. I decided to get a 2nd opinion & called Spencer Heating. I spoke to Dawn, whom was very polite and friendly and she said their techs would take a look at it and informed me it be covered under warranty cost and
