Trade-Mark Construction

I originally had Trademark come out to give me an estimate on a new deck. I had a couple friends who were happy with their work. The owner, Jon, was very professional and was open and honest about our project. He had a lot of great suggestions and spent a lot of time discussing our different options when he came to the house. While he was here, we learned that his company also paints kitchen cabinets. We hired him on the spot and couldn’t be happier with our new cabinets. The kitchen looks great! We can’t wait for him to start our deck!

Trade-Mark Construction did some major remodeling in my home and every last detail turned out perfectly. I pay a lot of attention to detail and to be honest I am VERY hard to please. Jon made sure that everything was exactly as I wanted it down to the very last detail. We get compliments on his work from everyone that comes over and neighbors actually made a point to come over and comment on how nice our new exterior paint looked. There were multiple jobs inside my home that were CUSTOM done. Jon and his crew literally took drawings I had made and built my vision. He was also able to have his crew install central air in my home which has hot water heat and previously had no forced air. I had been told by other contractors that it was pretty much impossible and thanks to Jon and his crew we throughly enjoyed staying cool this summer! I wanted to have some contacting work done. I worked with Eric at the office. I was stood up 2x, I had to call to reschedule and ask them to come back out. In addition, whey they came out they made me feel as if i lived in a shack and named all the issues but no solutions. They stated that they would get some paperwork for me. Never called back. I called back asking about paperwork quotes and in a round about way they said they were not able to take on the project as they dont have time. This could have all been avoided if they would have said this in the begging. Very professional and the time wasted i cannot get back.
