These folks will charge $200+ for 5 mins visitation claiming a "weekend rate" to basically tell you to go with the first HVAC technician that gave me a quote prior to their visitation. Felt robbed but paid the technician so that they went away from my house.
I contacted First Class on a Saturday during an August heat wave because the fan on the outdoor AC unit was not running. They were able to send a technician, Carlos, out on the same day and he was able to fix the electrical problem causing the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and persisted in investigating the problem until it was fixed. They also charged a very reasonable price for their services.
