Service Pro Heating & Cooling

Our first time calling Service Pro was several years ago, and we haven't called anyone else for Heating/ Cooling needs since. We've had 2 furnaces installed (at 2 different properties) as well as various repairs to heating and cooling systems. Sam has always been very quick to come out, does a great job, and is fair on pricing. We've recommended him to family/ friends and would highly recommend to anyone in need of heating/ cooling work. Sam came out in the fall to do routine maintenance on our furnace and at the same time I asked him to provide an estimate for installing A/C. He gave me an estimate and suggested I get in touch with him in March if I wanted to have the unit installed, which I did. He scheduled us in and discussed the unit he recommended and how he and his team would be installing it. He stuck to the estimate he had provided me, even though I know there may have been some supplies increasing in price. When we got close to the time of scheduled installation Sam was so communicative, unlike other technicians I've worked with. I knew exactly when to expect him and when he would be returning. He was professional and punctual, as was his employee. An added bonus was that when they installed the A/C they made an adjustment to our HVAC system that made it so much quieter. Sam came and inspected my system. He prepared as very fair estimate. He got right to work very shortly after I accepted the bid. Did a nice installation and clean up. Job was well done and completed in a timely manner. I recommend them highly! Service: Heating system installation
