Zay is a very responsive on time professional, who provides good value and quality work. He does circles around all the ‘big guys’ in the capital district. He responded to my needed AC repair by arriving on the same day I called him, ordered the part the same day, and returned two days later fixing my system with a new evap coil. A local larger AC repair specialist (RJD) could not fit me in for weeks and could not even confirm when the issue (evap coil) would be resolved. The ‘big guy’ did however offer me a quote on a $11k replacement unit instead. Bottom line, Bigger is not always Better when it comes to selecting a reputable HVAC company.
