This company is a SCAM. They somehow went through a $1000 HEAP grant in one go despite the fact it only costs $250 to fill my tank. Literally the biggest load of scumbags. They're always hours late, don't even fix what they're supposed to fix and will charge you nearly $200 for 10 gallons of fuel oil. I'll be going elsewhere asap because this company is literally the worst.

It's always a pleasant experience dealing with everyone from the reception staff to the technicians. We had an issue with our furnace twice in 2 weeks and both times Kyle got to our house right away and was informative, helpful and fixed our issue quickly! Deliveries are always on time and I like the convenience of the online bill pay platform.

Will be looking elsewhere. Canceled my services due to high pricing and poor customer service. I was told the competitions pricing (which was in some cases well over a dollar cheaper per gallon) were “Time Warner” prices. I believe this was alluding to the practice of offering an honest rate until A loyal customer is earned, before jacking the rates up. This is the exact experience I feel I was provided with John Ray and Sons. The mechanics who performed yearly services were exceptional. If only the Sales/customer interfacing were as knowledgeable and considerate on how to treat your customer base, this would be a reputable company to do business with.
