Oil prices are to high!! I have a ceiling contract of 6.12. First delivery I was billed at 6.09. Looking in the area of Columbia county I found prices at $4.84, 4.61. First fuel is selling it at $3.29 for a minimum of 100 gallons cash. When I called I was given a credit on my next fill while being told we do our own thing on pricing.
A very customer-oriented company. Very professional, friendly and helpful employees. I have been happy with them since switching oil companies several years ago.
John Ray might be the most awful company I have ever dealt with. My story is way too long to fit in this review. Aside from being one of the highest priced in the business, their customer service is the worst. Stay far away from them or convert to gas if you’re able to.
